OCAL has developed a series of Environmental Management Plans and Programs for all of its operations as part of the OCAL EMS. The Environmental Management Plans and Programs currently included in the OCAL EMS include:

• OCAL Consolidated Biodiversity and Land Management Plan;
• OCAL Social Involvement Plan;
• OCAL Cultural Heritage Management Plan; and
• OCAL Product Stewardship Management Plan.

Environmental Management Plans and Programs developed specifically for West Wallsend Colliery and MCPP as part of their EMM’s include:

• West Wallsend Water Monitoring and Management Procedure;
• West Wallsend Air Quality Procedure;
• West Wallsend Waste Management Plan;
• Macquarie Coal Preparation Plant Water Management Plan;
• Macquarie Coal Preparation Plant Dust Management Plan;
• Macquarie Coal Preparation Plant Noise Management Plan;
• Macquarie Coal Preparation Plant Waste Management Plan;
• Macquarie Coal Preparation Plant Environmental Monitoring Plan; and
• Macquarie Coal Preparation Plant Conceptual Closure Plan.
