Response Line

A separate 24 hour Contact Number has been established for both West Wallsend Colliery and MCPP. The number for West Wallsend Colliery is (02) 4941 2100. The number for the MCPP is (02) 4958 4600. During office hours calls to these numbers will be answered by a receptionist. After hours, all calls are transferred to the control room at the relevant operation.

Any community complaints/enquiries should be directed to the OCAL Environment and Community Coordinator on (02) 4941 2115 during business hours.
